When will I receive my order?
Since all of our products are made to order, our lead time varies depending on the size of your order and the number of orders already in process in our shop. On average, delivery takes 6 to 10 business days plus transit time to your location. Please refer to the map below for UPS ground transit times. As soon as your order is entered, we will send you an acknowledgement email showing our projected shipping date for your purchase. On the day we ship, you will receive an email from UPS containing the tracking number.
How much will shipping cost?
We ship by UPS ground. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. To determine shipping cost, click the appropriate “ADD TO CART” button after selecting all options for your order. In the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” box enter the zip code for your destination and press “Calculate”. The correct shipping and handling charge and sales tax (PA residents only) will be displayed.
What is your return policy?
Since our products are made-to-order, please be careful that the model and length you choose is correct for your application. Also, please check your receipt for verification. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us right away. In most cases we can make the changes you require even if your order has been placed into production. Returns are accepted for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. Contact us for a return authorization form before returning the item(s). Buyer pays return shipping. Item(s) should be returned using the original carton and packing materials. Return carrier should be UPS or FedEx. Your account will be refunded upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Can an item be cancelled?
All of our products are custom made especially for you. Unfortunately, custom-made items cannot be cancelled once they are in production. If you wish to cancel your order, it must be cancelled before the production of the item starts usually within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours have passed, your order will be considered final.
What if my order is damaged in shipment?
When your shipment arrives, make sure you check the carton(s) for damage before signing with the driver. Note any damage. Keep the carton until you have determined all is OK - damage may be concealed. UPS requires the carton to honor all damage claims. If the item was damaged during shipment, take several digital pictures and send them to us for our reference. Claims should be made within 24 hrs.
What is your warranty?
We guarantee our bottle displays to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We warrant our products (including electronic components such as the original LED lights, switches, lighting controllers, remote controls and 12 volt DC power supplies) to the original purchaser to perform satisfactorily for two full years from the date of delivery under normal and proper usage. Damage resulting from accident, misuse or improper installation is excluded.
Do you ship Internationally?
Sorry, we do not accept orders from outside the USA.

We completely restrict access to personal information about you, and will never transfer or sell your personal information or email address to anyone or any company.
